Regarding US shipping, typically we ship within 2 business days from our location in South Florida once you place an order. However, please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout and is in addition to the standard processing time. The following delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed:
- Standard/Ground shipping is handled by USPS or UPS and usually takes 1-7 business days, depending on the destination. We recommend placing your order early.
- USPS Priority Mail typically takes 1 to 3 business days. However, please be aware that this is only an estimate and does not guarantee specific delivery dates or transit times.
- USPS Priority Mail Express usually delivers within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends as transit days.
- UPS Next Day Air guarantees delivery within 1 business day, excluding weekends as transit days.
- UPS 2nd Day Air ensures delivery within 2 business days, excluding weekends as transit days.
- UPS 3rd Day Select guarantees delivery within 3 business days, excluding weekends as transit days.
Please note that none of our carriers consider the day of shipment as a transit day, regardless of the order placement, processing, or shipping time.
It's important to understand that any delays in transit times are beyond our control. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on the destination, especially during peak seasons.
With that being said, for standard shipping, we recommend ordering at least 10 business days prior to your event to allow sufficient time for processing and shipping.
