Return Policy

At Nunu Partybox, we take pride in the products we offer, and we sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), received the wrong item(s), or if your order arrived damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 7 business days from the date of shipment delivery to request a return. Please note that returns received after this timeframe or containing ineligible items will not be refunded.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received. Any items that have been used, opened, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Additionally, we do not accept returns of sale items. Please note that our Party Boxes are sold as a complete unit, and individual items from the box cannot be returned separately.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received a promotional discount on your order, the amount of the discount will be deducted from your return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nunupartybox.com, stating the reason for your return. Once we receive your return request, we will review it and provide you with an answer and further return instructions if the request is approved. Please note that returns without an authorization email will not be accepted.

Upon receipt of your returned Nunu Partybox and verification that it meets the aforementioned conditions, we will process your refund or exchange. Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment within approximately 1-3 business days.
